When will my order Ship? - Your order will be shipped within 1-2 business days after purchase. We ship via UPS Ground for US Customers and US Priority mail for International Customers (international packages can take between 7-14 days depending on your country).  We do offer Expedited shipping is available to most states and countries please contact us for a qoute prior to purchase.


When will I receive my artwork? -   US Customers can expect to receive their packaged within 3-5 business days after shipment


What are the shipping costs? - The cost for all prints is $5.95 within the US ($11.95 worldwide) , original paintings depend on size and can be $14.95-$19.95 for standard sizes- We combine shipping.  You pay only shipping for the first item and then each additional item is free.  For safety in transit we do not ship prints and paintings together.  You will be charged the shipping rate for prints and a second rate for your paintings if ordering together.


How are paintings packaged? -  paintings and prints are packaged securely in specialty boxes and protected with bubble wrap.  Each package is handled with extreme care and All packages are shipped fully insured.

 

What if My Package is Damaged? - In the event a packaged is damaged in transit, please contact us immediately.  Keep all of the packaging material and we will file a UPS or USPS insurance claim for you. If a package is damaged you can choose to have your purchased refunded via the USPS or UPS isurance claim or use it towards a new purchase or custom painting to replace it.

Do you have a Return Policy? - We do have a return for exchange policy - Please notify us within (3) days of Delivery to confirm & authorize your return. You will be issued a merchandise credit/exchange for the original purchase price (excludes any shipping costs) . Painting must be safely returned within in (7) days - your merchandise Credit can be used on or towards the purchase of a different painting or any custom painting service available from destinywomack.com or our etsy store.


Will my Merchandise Credit Expire? - NO.  Your merchandise credit will never expire and can be redeemed at any time on or towards the purchase of a different painting or any custom painting service available from destinywomack.com or our etsy store.


Can I buy a more expensive item that the amount of my credit? - YES.  We will simply invoice you for the additional amount that your credit does not cover.

 

C U S T O M   A R T

How does it work when I order a custom painting? - Once you have decided on a size, color pallet and design idea you place your order and get started.  Once the order is received Destiny Womack will hand paint your artwork.  Once the painting is complete you will be sent a picture of the new creation for you to approve.  If you do approve then it is packaged and mailed to you.


How long does it take? - Most paintings are complete within 7-10 business days, this depends on the size and the quantity of paintings ordered.  Materials often have to be ordered so we ask for this this time in case of any shipment delays.


What if I don't like the painting that is created? - Although rare, if you do not like the painting that is created Destiny will be more then happy to start another painting for you.  The goal is to get you a painting that you love and works perfectly for your space.  If ultimately we can not offer you a painting that you like we will refund your purchase or you can keep a credit on file to use on any item from destinywomack.com or our etsy store.

Do You offer wholesale or designer pricing? - Destiny works with select designers, resellers, and art publishers, we offer volume prices on select orders.  Please contact us for more information regarding orders

 

Do You Liscense any of your images? Yes, Destiny has licensed select works to art publishing companies, and is always interested in learning more about licensing opportunities.

 

O T H E R  C O M M O N  Q U E S T I O N S


I received my painting and it was damaged. - We pack with the up-most care, so shipping damage is very rare,  but if  your painting has been damaged during shipment, please contact us immediately so that a shipping claim can be filed. Save all of the original packaging including any filler like peanuts, or additional bubble wrap, as it will be needed to file an insurance claim with UPS or USPS

Sometimes during shipment, the canvas can become loose which could cause the appearance of impressions, dips or ripples from the stretcher bars.  If this has occurred We are truly sorry, but just let us know because this is an easy quick fix! We will gladly send you a canvas retensioning spray that you simply mist on the back, it is called “Tighten Up” and it is used by many professionals to fix  this easy to repair problem.
 

Do you have a gallery/storefront I can visit? - At this time we have no storefront.  The artist works in a closed private studio.

 

How do you achieve your painting technique and do you teach classes? - Destiny Womack has mastered her self taught technique over the course of years and was mainly developed through years of trial and error, and at this time does not teach any classes but is considering classes in the future
